Grove at Grand Bay North Tower Prepares for TCO and Closings

August 9, 2016

The North Tower at the Iconic Grove at Grand Bay is just about ready to receive it's TCO and begin closings. The South Tower will take several months more as the twin towers by Terra Group have already transformed the Coconut Grove skyline. Both towers are essentially sold-out with just a few 2 bedroom units and the full-floor penthouses left.

The modern, iconic towers are designed by the legendary Bjarke Ingels. These unique rotating twin towers will be an iconic piece of the Coconut Grove skyline. Ingels designs buildings that defy traditional architecture and are shaped to their surroundings. He is notably designing Two World Trade Center in Manhattan. Grove at Grand Bay is a five-star, state-of-the-art complex with first-class service and amentities. Units feature 12 ft floor to ceiling glass windows that run the full length of the units, 12 ft wide terraces with outdoor kitchens. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck and dense Floridian vegetation landscaping by Raymond Jungles around the 3 acre site. Grove at Grand Bay will be the first LEED Gold-Certified building in Miami-Dade County. Located in downtown Coconut Grove across from the 15 acre, newly redesigned Regatta Park and a short drive from Brickell, Miracle Mile, Downtown Coral Gables and Merrick Park.
