Art4All launched on December 3rd in Miami to fill the Art Basel void this year and be the World’s largest public art fair. Art Basel Miami is very different this year and mostly a virtual experience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Art4All will be headquartered in Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami where it will display large art murals for a year until Art Basel 2021.

Contemporary artist Margarita Hernandez has listed personal home for $4.5 million in Highland Beach, Florida. The London-based artist collaborated with Dario Vargas, an artist of the Royal Academy of Arts, to design the contemporary home and choose a curated selection of unique art throughout. Hernandez is best known for unveiling her portrat of Winston Churchill at the Royal College of Defence in 2005, and her bust of Baroness Thatcher that was unveiled by Lady Thatcher in 2008 at the headquarters of the Conservative Party. Her art has also been exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, the Bulgarian Embassy in London, and many more exhibitions.
Hernandez’s home features 4-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms in 3,484 sq.ft. of interior decorated to look like a European villa with indoor-outdoor living. No details are overlooked, down to marble countertops and quartz accents. The exterior includes a saltwater pool, fountain and classic South Florida tropical landscaping. 3638 South Ocean Boulevard is listed for $4.5 million with Katia Reisler of Douglas Elliman.
Miami’s first underwater environmental public art project, to be known as ReefLine, is on track to open Phase 1 in December 2021. The project will be built in several phases with Phase 1 spanning one-mile long. The project is designed by OMA / shohei shigematsu in collaboration with a team of marine biologists, researches and coastal engineers whose goal is to protect and preserve the city’s marine life.
