Billionaire entrepreneur Adam Weitsman, who made his fortune in scrap metal recycling and crypto, has purchased the penthouse at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach for $23.5 million. Weitsman saw the unit and completed the deal fully through social media. Weitsman was represented by Chad Carroll with Compass, who he connected with on Instagram.
