Miami Heat star Tyler Herro has purchased the most expensive home on record in Pinecrest for $10.5 million. Located at 12900 SW 63rd Avenue, the transaction closed on December 28th and represents the highest price achieved to date in Pinecrest according to MLS data. Only eight other properties in Pinecrest have sold for $8 million or above.
