The buyer was represent by Mallory McGuire and Mirce Curkoski of The Waterfront Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and the seller was represented by Jacqueline Groll and Albert Justo also of The Waterfront Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
