Designed by 5 time Architectural Digest AD100 interior designer Charles Allem, the first photos show finishes of clean opulence and luxury. Although pricing has not be released the unit is expected to fetch close to $40 million. The unit itself is 16,805 SF and 3 floors including a private rooftop pool and 360 wraparound terraces. It also features 6 bedrooms, oversized kitchen with custom stonework, a wine cellar, theater room, game room and unmatched master bathroom.
