The Biscayne Shores Community Council voted unanimously on November 8th to approve the Apeiron at the Jockey Club, hotel and residential development at the existing 13-acre Jockey Club common grounds. The Jockey Club is located at 11111 Biscayne Boulevard near North Miami.
