Witkoff Group, in partnership with Ocean Terrace Holdings, a partnership between Alex Blavatnik and Sandor Scher, has revealed new renderings of the Resort Residences at Ocean Terrace. The Resort Residences are located in a separate building from the condo tower and boutique hotel. They offer furniture packages designed by RAMSA and the opportunity to be placed within the hotel program for bookings.
