CADE Capital Partners has officially broken ground on MB Station, their mixed-use project located on Coral Way. The project will rise 17-stories and will feature 190 rental units, 4,805 SF of ground floor retail space, and Shenandoah Fire Station #14, which will be located in the rear base of the building.
