The move aligns with the company’s national growth strategy and leadership expansion, following the appointment of Mike Parrish as CEO of Howden US and Jim Hays as Vice Chairman. Parrish will lead efforts to build a next-generation retail broking business that reflects Howden’s employee-owned and client-driven ethos.
