Aimco is planning a massive renovation designed by Stantec at the iconic Flamingo South Beach on the north and central towers. The Miami Beach Design Board Review will meet October 3 to review the proposal. The renovation would include adding retail and restaurant space as well as reducing the number of units in the north tower from 614 to 446 while boosting the size of the residences.
