Continuum Company, the New York and Miami-based real estate development firm behind one of South Beach’s most iconic waterfront communities, has launched Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, located at 12000 North Bayshore Drive on the waterfront in North Miami. Construction is slated to begin in 2027.
