Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group and Valerio Morabito’s Morabito Properties have topped off Onda Residences at 8 stories in Miami’s exclusive Bay Harbor Islands community. The bayfront Onda Residences is a 41-unit boutique luxury condominium project being developed along Biscayne Bay at 1135 103rd Street. 85% of its units are already sold ahead of its completion which is slated for later this year.
