Two internationally recognized real estate development firms – Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners - have announced a new JV to develop best-in-class buildings across the United States. Their first project is an office building located in South Beach and designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza.
