Pordes Residential has officially been tabbed to oversee sales and marketing at Kai at Bay Harbor for the remaining residences available at the newly completed building. Pordes is currently also completing the final sellout of two other projects on the Bay Harbor islands at 101 Bay Harbor and Bijou Bay Harbor.
