Fortune International Group has announced the $6.6 million sale of a turnkey residence in the developer’s award-winning Jade Signature condominium tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The transaction of the contemporary retreat, No. 4801, which was furnished by revered interior designer Luxury Living Group, is the latest in a string of recent sales at the property.
