The payoff, completed in April 2026, follows the project’s on-time, on-budget completion and strong momentum since closings began. Within the first 60 days alone, Domus Brickell Park recorded 120 closings, underscoring continued buyer demand for North Development’s flexible ownership model, which combines fully furnished residences, hospitality-driven services and short-term rental flexibility.
