Signature Penthouse at Vita at Grove Isle Furnished by Artefacto Hits the Market for $23.5 Million

Average residence prices stand at approximately $8.5 million, with a notable share surpassing $10 million. At the top of the market, Vita has recorded multiple penthouse transactions above $15 million, including several exceeding $20 million, underscoring the project’s position within South Florida’s rapidly expanding super-prime residential landscape.
