The newly revealed spaces reflect The William’s approach to design-forward, lifestyle-driven living including a fitness studio with outdoor training and recovery zones; a rooftop Coral Lounge and indoor bar; landscaped firepit lounges with hammock seating; a children’s playroom; and a poolside outdoor bar and social terrace.
Situated at 2040 NE 163rd Street, The William brings to the market 374 residences amid 26 stories.
