PROFILEmiami: What excites you most about the Boca Raton real estate market?

Aaron Buchbinder: Boca is home for me—it’s where I grew up, so it’s personal. Getting to work in my own backyard is something I never take for granted. This isn’t the same Boca I knew as a kid—it has transformed into a premier destination that goes far beyond the traditional idea of a vacation or retirement spot. We are seeing remarkable growth driven by people who want to live, work, and raise families here. From vibrant, family-friendly neighborhoods to exclusive beachfront and country club communities, Boca truly offers something for every lifestyle.

PROFILEmiami: What trends do you see shaping the area's real estate market now and in the coming years?

Aaron Buchbinder: We are seeing more families prioritizing safe neighborhoods and strong school districts. At the same time, older buyers are seeking out luxury condos and country club living. Boca offers both worlds, which is why it continues to thrive. The demand is across generations, and that’s powerful.

PROFILEmiami: How do you help clients navigate today’s competitive real estate landscape?

Aaron Buchbinder: It all starts with setting clear goals and expectations from the beginning. I tailor everything to my clients’ needs and timelines—whether they’re ready to make a move now or just starting to think about it for next year, I help them plant those early seeds. In today’s competitive market, having the right mindset and clarity around priorities is essential—especially when important life factors like schools come into play. I guide the conversation toward what really matters so we can make smart, confident decisions. From understanding the nuances of each neighborhood to leveraging off-market opportunities, I bring the insight and strategy needed to help them stay ahead.

PROFILEmiami: Are there any neighborhoods or property types you think are undervalued or emerging?

Aaron Buchbinder: New construction communities are definitely trending—especially among young families who want a turnkey lifestyle. East Boca continues to be a hot spot too, and it’s still full of opportunity.

PROFILEmiami: What does your ideal day in Boca look like?

Aaron Buchbinder: I start with a workout at The Boca Raton gym, where my family and I are members, then grab breakfast and a coffee at Saquella Café in Mizner Park. After that, I’m at the office or out at showings until about 5pm, and then it’s all about family—sports practice with the kids or dinner out. On weekends, we love relaxing by the pool at The Boca Raton. If it’s a date night, you’ll find us at Matteo’s with friends, ordering the veal chops. With the kids, it’s usually hibachi at Saiko.

PROFILEmiami: W​hat has been the most defining moment of your career?

Aaron Buchbinder: Crossing the $100 million in sales mark for the first time was a significant milestone for my team. It wasn’t just about the number, it was about the years of hard work, trust from our clients, and the foundation we had built together.

PROFILEmiami: What advice would you give to someone considering a move to South Florida?

Aaron Buchbinder: If you’re moving with a family, lock in your school before you do anything else. That piece drives everything. And if you’re coming for the lifestyle, find a local guide who can help you find the right community that fits your rhythm—whether that means the best schools, social clubs, restaurants. South Florida has so much to offer, but it’s all about finding the pocket that aligns with your life.

PROFILEmiami: One word your clients would use to describe you?

Aaron Buchbinder: Approachable.
