On March 19, 2025 Constellation Group and Boschetti Group hosted a lavish launch event for CORA Merrick Park at Perry’s Steakhouse in The Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables. Developers Eduardo Otaola from Constellation Group and Jose Boschetti from Boschetti Group presented their new condo alongside Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman’s Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, who are overseeing sales at the project, and interior designer Giancarlo Pietri of Urban Robot Associates.
CORA is a groundbreaking mixed-use boutique building where wellness meets home in Coral Gables’s Merrick Park. This innovative project features 74 wellness-oriented refined residences, complemented by thoughtfully curated retail and office spaces. CORA represents the first wellness-focused residential development in The City Beautiful and, upon completion, will be one of the first WELL Certified residential buildings in Coral Gables. The project is designed by Arquitectonica with interior design by Urban Robot Associates.
