The home was listed with Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp, LLC. and Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty represented the buyer.

An entity associate with Karlton Companies acquired the lot for $4.8 million in 2018 which was strategically located next to the former residence of rapper Lil Wayne, who previously held the record on Allison Island after he sold his property in 2023 for $22.5 million.
