Community, culture, and art are the heartbeats of Wynwood, where every wall tells a story and every mural shapes its identity. Inspired by this notion, developer Fisher Brothers have unveiled Calle Collective—Wynwood’s newest open-air gallery where local art takes center stage. Curated in partnership with WXLLSPACE and designed as the neighborhood’s next cultural and social destination, the space showcases 19 large-scale murals by Miami-based artists, each a bold expression of style and personal inspiration. Situated within the breezy paseo of Joule House -- Wynwood’s most dialed-in rental residence -- Calle Collective transforms everyday walls into a kaleidoscope of color and meaning.
Now open to the public at 2200 NW 1st Avenue, Calle Collective reflects Fisher Brothers’ commitment to creating places that celebrate individuality and community, building on the company’s legacy of owning, managing, and operating distinctive spaces nationwide. The installation features the following artists and their works:

“Our goal with Calle Collective and Joule House was to honor the neighborhood’s character and individuality while creating a special amenity for both our residents and the wider community,” said Winston Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers. “Equally important was creating an opportunity for local artists to be part of the project, ensuring that the space reflects and uplifts the cultural fabric that inspires it.”
“I’ve been fighting for something like the Calle Collective for a long time,” adds artist Golden305.
Beyond the murals, Calle Collective integrates 26,000 square feet of retail space, designed to complement the artistic and social pulse of the neighborhood with future shopping, wellness, and dining concepts. It will also serve as a hub for community events and programming, creating new opportunities for connection and cultural exchange.
Home to Calle Collective, Joule House carries that same artistic spirit throughout, with creativity woven into every corner of the property. Rising eight stories, a desirable mix of floor plans include studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, along with select two- and three-bedroom penthouses, ranging from 474 to 1,405 square feet. Interiors by ID & Design International (IDDI) feature neutral tones, bold accents and contemporary finishes that reflect the essence of the locale. Spanning 23,000 square feet, Rockwell Group masterfully designed a collection of indoor and outdoor amenities spread across three floors, merging wellness, convenience, and entertainment. Named after the unit of measurement for energy, Joule House embodies the dynamism and pulse of Wynwood itself. With leasing and property management by Bozzuto, attention to detail and warm hospitality are unwavering priorities.
Calle Collective is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and free to the public.
