Scheduled for completion in Q2 2025, The Village at Coral Gables is a 48-residence collection of townhomes, lofts, villas, and flats nestled in the residential heart of the city. Paying homage to Coral Gables founder George Merrick in what’s considered a continuation of his vision of themed villages throughout Coral Gables, the project evokes the aesthetic beauty and lifestyle of Seville, Spain, with Mediterranean-revival style architecture.
As part of this donation, residents at The Village will be recognized as members of Baptist Health’s “Giving Society,” a distinguished group of individuals taking a conscious approach to community philanthropy that elevates the local standard of living.
