Grove at Grand Bay, a collaboration between Terra and architect Bjarke Ingels, redefined the Coconut Grove skyline with two innovative towers completed in 2016. As the first new development on Bayshore Drive in decades, the property was designed not just as a collection of residences, but as a community focused on enhancing the lives of residents and the surrounding neighborhood. With modern amenities and a commitment to environmental responsibility, Grove at Grand Bay became the first residential development in the city to earn Gold LEED certification.
