The penthouse spans 11,000 SF with 12-foot ceilings, featuring interior design by Nick Luaces and throughout the six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two powder rooms, a theater, library, office, and distinct seating zones. The luxurious living space includes Bang & Olufsen home automation, a 3,000 SF master suite with a dressing area, midnight kitchen, gym, sauna, and terraces accessible from public spaces. Further elevating the living experience is a 4-car private garage with storage, bay views from the wrap-around terrace, private elevator foyer, and deluxe kitchen.
Grove at Grand Bay, a collaboration between Terra and architect Bjarke Ingels, redefined the Coconut Grove skyline with two innovative towers completed in 2016. As the first new development on Bayshore Drive in decades, the property was designed not just as a collection of residences, but as a community focused on enhancing the lives of residents and the surrounding neighborhood. With modern amenities and a commitment to environmental responsibility, Grove at Grand Bay became the first residential development in the city to earn Gold LEED certification.
