Michelin-starred culinary couple Carolina Sanchez and Iñaki Murua has debuted their first U.S. outpost, MOMENTO by Ikaro, in Downtown Miami. The restaurant offers a unique blend of Spanish and Ecuadorian cuisine, showcasing the chefs' rich culinary heritage and creativity. The menu features dishes like Amazonian Tiradito, Basque-Style Turbot, Glazed Boneless Short Rib, and Roasted Neapia-Marinated Cauliflower. Desserts include the acclaimed Espuma de Abatonca and Lotus Cheesecake.
Carolina and Iñaki met at the Basque Culinary Center and have since garnered critical acclaim for their restaurant Michelin-starred Ikaro in La Rioja, Spain. The new Miami location will feature a tropical-inspired design with Mediterranean influences, creating a vibrant and inviting dining experience.
MOMENTO by Ikaro is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 6-11pm at 1306 N Miami Ave, Miami, Florida 33136.
