Both penthouses have sold to New York-based buyers. Designed by Miami-based architect Kobi Karp with interiors by the acclaimed Zarifi Design, the eight-story waterfront building is home to nine luxury condominiums and six yacht slips, one of the only private yacht clubs in the area. Indian Creek Yacht Club & Residences is being developed by Landau Properties with sales overseen by OFFICIAL Partners. Construction broke ground in February.
