Just a few months after the record-setting sale of the largest and most expensive penthouse on Miami's Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club has sold its second and final penthouse, a 5-bed, 5-bath and 2-powder room home last asking $11.25 million. Both penthouses have sold to New York-based buyers. Designed by Miami-based architect Kobi Karp with interiors by the acclaimed Zarifi Design, the eight-story waterfront building is home to nine luxury condominiums and six yacht slips, one of the only private yacht clubs in the area. Indian Creek Yacht Club & Residences is being developed by Landau Properties with sales overseen by OFFICIAL Partners. Construction broke ground in February.
Overlooking the uber-wealthy "Billionaire's Bunker" and Indian Creek Country Club, this boutique condo features just 9 homes and a private marina. The full-floor penthouse spans 5,164 square feet and offers 75 feet of unobstructed waterfront views, a private terrace, wine wall, home office, two kitchens and access to the development’s full amenity collection.
Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club will offer a resort-style amenities package for residents. In addition to the yacht club complete with dockmaster concierge services, the curated amenities include a world-class spa with treatment rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor yoga lawn, flexible entertainment lounge with high-fidelity sound system and bar, and landscaped rooftop terrace with a pool, dining area, outdoor kitchen and screening pavilion. The building also offers a full-time doorman, resident concierge and 18 private parking spaces.
