A distinguished group of about 35 Miami real estate agents gathered for an afternoon of networking and knowledge sharing at the YUPIX headquarters in Miami’s Wynwood district. The agents experienced meta-reality tours of LOFTY Brickell, the most elevated offering in Newgard Development Group’s flexible ownership concept.

Cervera Real Estate hosted the private event held on Aug. 30. A handful of speakers shared their secrets for creating more listings, best practices in pre-construction sales strategies and ways to achieve more consistent closings. Cervera agent Dali Hernandez gave a presentation on LOFTY Brickell, Newgard’s 44-story luxury condominium project under development on the Miami River. Cervera is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing representative.

The attending agents also had a chance to experience the meta-reality tour of LOFTY, utilizing technology developed by YUPIX. The technology was designed to give prospective buyers an immersive feel for the finished product.
