Singer Joe Jonas and his wife, “Game of Thrones” actress Sophie Turner just sold their home in Miami’s exclusive Bay Point neighborhood for $15 million. The celebrity couple hired interior designer Sarah Ivory to redesign the home after purchasing it in 2021 for $11 million. Per public record, the buyer was represented by David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, while the Jonas and Turner were represented by Carl Gambino with Compass.
"The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, but with a tropical twist," said David Pullman of ONE Sotheby's International Realty. "It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami being such a vibrant city it was a perfect fit."
Located in the ultra-exclusive guard-gated community of Bay Point, the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired waterfront architectural masterpiece was originally built in the 1980s and spans 10,414 square feet on a 15,599 square foot lot. The 6 bedroom, 9 bath residence features 30 foot high ceilings, walls of stone and a tropical entry lobby with floating staircase
Outdoors features a 94-foot private dock with direct access to the bay and ocean, chef's kitchen, discrete staff entrance, state-of-the-art spa, billiard room, outdoor kitchen, dual-sided full service bar for indoor/outdoor serving, pool and jacuzzi as well as a separate children's pool.
