Arquitectonica-Designed 42 Pine Tops Off Luxury Boutique Condo In Miami Beach

June 21, 2023

The Arquitectonica-designed 42 Pine, the highly anticipated boutique residential building at the nexus of iconic Pine Tree Drive and 42nd Street, has topped off, marking a milestone along its timeline for completion, which is estimated for Q1 2024. The eight-story building will reflect timeless sophistication and serve as a beacon for the neighborhood. The project secured $35.5 million in financing from BridgeCity Capital to begin building last year. Limited residences remain with prices ranging from $700,000 to $3,000,000.

“The pace of construction is impressive, and we are proud to be involved in a project that brings a new level of luxury to the area,” said Allan Lebovits, CEO of BridgeCity Capital. “This is a unique opportunity in a highly coveted pocket of Miami Beach, and the sales velocity to date is a testament to the strong demand for new luxury residences.”

The first full-service boutique condominium in the area offers 50 turnkey residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, including eight penthouses, meticulously crafted to deliver a bespoke lifestyle rooted in community and convenience. Spanning 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet for combined units, each elegantly appointed residence is delivered ready to be occupied, with Arquitectonica-designed interiors intended to maximize space and build a connection to the outdoors. Sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and doors usher in an abundance of natural light, and private terraces with glass railings provide a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.

“42 Pine is a defining project in one of Miami Beach’s most dynamic and walkable neighborhoods,” said Jay Phillip Parker, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “We are excited to be another step closer to delivering these unparalleled residences and their luxury lifestyle, which will set the precedent for new development around storied 41st Street.”

Residents will enjoy a host of resort-style amenities and services for every age. Thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor spaces include an amenity deck with a 52-foot pool, relaxation spa, cabanas and poolside service, plus a yoga and meditation lawn–all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The property's state-of-the-art fitness center offers advanced cardio and weight-strengthening equipment complemented by an outdoor deck. Community-minded social spaces include a club and game room, media lounge, large outdoor terrace, and children’s play room. A dedicated team is available to anticipate residents’ every need, including concierge, doorman, valet, and porter service.

Located in one of the most sought-after residential neighborhoods in Miami Beach, at 340 W 42nd Street, residents can enjoy access to the beach, top-rated schools, fine-dining, houses of worship and boutique shopping experiences, all within walking distance.

Sales and marketing is exclusively managed by Mushka Jacobson with Douglas Elliman.
