Late Property Patriarch Albert Reichmann's Pine Tree Drive Miami Beach Waterfront Estate Hits The Market For $29.9 Million

March 22, 2023

The personal Miami Beach waterfront estate of Albert Reichmann, the late billionaire property patriarch of the Reichmann real estate dynasty that built the World Financial Center in New York City, has hit the market for $29.9 million. The Reichmann family, an Orthodox Jewish family who fled Vienna in 1938 and founded Olympia & York Developments, became the largest private owner of commercial real estate in New York City for a period of time before financial issues and bankruptcy plagued the firm in 1992. They later founded O & Y Properties which they sold to Brookfield Properties in 2005.

Known as Casa Egosita, Reichmann’s 1.3 acre waterfront estate is located on Miami’s iconic Pine Tree Drive. With its sprawling and luscious grounds, this home offers a serene and tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Casa Egosita features classic Spanish-style architecture with hints of Moroccan flair that enhance the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces throughout. Spanning six bedrooms, seven and half bathrooms on a vast 58,650 square foot lot, the one of a kind property showcases a magnificent exterior complemented by impressive interiors that feature luxurious finishes, high ceilings, and intricate details, which add to the overall elegance and sophistication of the home.

Designed with waterfront living in mind, strategically placed windows and doors allow for an infiltration of natural lighting to flood inside. The spacious outdoor areas are perfect for hosting with a pool and spacious grounds for entertaining. The property features 150 ft of water frontage and a 40 ft dock to park a yacht.

4521 Pine Tree Drive is listed for $29.9 million by Saddy Abaunza Delgado & Chava Feigen with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
