Miami Design District offers robust selection of coffee spots and they are gearing up to celebrate National Coffee Day on September 29th, followed by International Coffee Day on October 1. Miami Design District is one of the hottest neighborhoods in the world, home to a number of luxury fashion houses, art galleries, fine dining experiences, and cafés. The open-air, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, known for its many distinct and artistic façades, notably boasts a highly energy-efficient infrastructure and became the first neighborhood in the world to achieve the Gold level (LEED ND: Built v4 Gold). Recently Miami Design District’s French hotspot, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon was the only MICHELIN 2-Star-honoree in the state of Florida while Cote and Le Jardinier rounded out the Miami Design District’s Michelin Star recipients each earning 1 Star.
Mandolin Aegean Bistro
A MICHELIN Bib Gourmand 2022 Prize Winner, Mandolin Aegean Bistro is the place to enjoy recreated dishes that are simple, rustic, and reminiscent of the villages of Greece and Turkey. Pura Vida
Planted in the heart of Miami Design District, Pura Vida is the neighborhood’s health oasis. Spend 10 minutes in the neighborhood and you’re bound to see a yogi doting a latte in Pura Vida’s signature blue packaging. An original Miami Design District hotspot, OTL offers tasty breakfast and lunch staples alongside their famous coffee menu. Known for it’s work-conducive environment and warm ambience, OTL welcomes people to sit, eat and enjoy their coffee at length. Mercato
This quaint and unique coffee spot offers some of Miami’s best original coffee. Mercato is the perfect spot for those looking for something quiet and peaceful, while enjoying the many views of the neighborhood perched from a comfortable window seat. The Italian-inspired shop draws in those lounging about the Miami Design District and is located right next to restaurant MC Kitchen. Rosetta
Stop by the Rosetta Bakery pop up where you can not only purchase the most delicious pastries and coffee, but also show your love to the Best Buddies organization. This Italian bakery is known as being a cozy and homey space that displays their freshly made pastries in a glass window to give their customers an unexpected show. Sabal Coffee
One of the many vendors in the Mia Market food hall, Sabal Coffee is one of the Miami Design Districts hidden gems. Serving only coffee and tea, you know it has to be the perfect blend. When exploring the Mia Market, there are tons of different options of food to try, but Sabal is definitely the perfect ending place to get your sweet fix in a nice warm cup of coffee.
