Playa has launched its new savory power lunch menu offerings, now available Monday through Friday from 11 am until 4 pm. The new menu celebrates Playa’s Southern roots and introduces unique eclectic specialties sure to spark the wildest of imaginations. Executive Chef Jon Wilson has curated a one-of-a-kind menu, serving decadent Southern twists on Mediterranean classics, with plenty of plant-based options, and more. Playa welcomes guests to experience some much-loved lunch favorites with a culinary twist – offering something for everyone that can be enjoyed in the serene dining room or al fresco on the breezy outdoor patio.

Playa created its original menu around classic Mediterranean cuisine and familiar Southern fare, but in this new menu, Chef Wilson has expanded their specialty items with unique, creative recipes. The latest menu features fresh new lunch salads, soups, flatbreads, tacos, raw bar selections, seafood mains, and more.

New menu items include the Watermelon, Mint & Jalapeño Gazpacho, Burrata & Strawberry Salad, Roasted Shishito Peppers, Lamb Skewer with Herb & Fruit Drizzle, Cajun Crab Cakes, Grilled Octopus & Baby Fennel Salad, Signature Chicken Wings, Playa Burger, Blacked Fish and Grilled Shrimp Tacos, Ahi Tuna Tartare, Shrimp Ceviche, Pasta with Mussels, Chicken & Mushroom Risotto as well as Margherita, Truffle and Cheese Flatbreads. New Desserts include Tres Leches, Af ogato, Sweet Potato Casserole w/ Marshmallows, Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse. Playa’s new lunch menu also features fresh plant-based dishes, including avocado toast, spaghetti squash & spinach, and pasta with basil tomato sauce.
