The ultra-lavish mega-mansion closed for $17.9 million, but the total came to $19.9 million including the furniture. The sale breaks the record for highest priced single family home sold in Boca Raton.

The property made a mark when it first came to market representing a fresh departure from expected Boca Raton luxury.
