A development team that includes two of the developers of Miami’s iconic Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum have proposed a new ultra-luxury bayfront condo tower in Edgewater. 710 Edge is designed by ODP Architecture & Design, which was also the architect of record at One Thousand Museum. The development team 710 Edge LLC includes Louis Birdman, Kevin Venger, Michael Konig and Alex Posth. 710 Edge will be located at 710 NE 29th St. Pending approval by the Urban Development Review Board on October 20, 2021 the developers would close on a condo buyout of Harbor 29 condo along with an assemblage on NE 29th St.
710 Edge will rise 55 stories, 650’, and will feature 70 residential units, 193 parking spaces and 16,489 SF of commercial space. Residences will be similar to One Thousand Museum with only one to two units per floor, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Full floor residences will offer 6,174 SF of living space. There will also be two floor penthouse residences. Amenities will include a rooftop helipad, dock, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, business center, private dining room, theater, residents lounge, sky lounge, juice bar and indoor pool. The parking lot will be a connected 9-story structure behind the tower. The developer will also complete a baywalk promenade with landscaping and lighting that will be open to the public.
