Aston Martin Residences registered a record number of sales for the first half of May, demonstrating a positive resurgence and renewed confidence in the South Florida real estate market. Since the beginning of May, the in-house sales team has sold four residences totaling $8.75 million. The completed purchases represent an accelerated growth in sales in the second quarter of the year, despite buyers relying on the virtual world and video conferencing to close on their new home.

Aston Martin Residences is a 66-floor luxury residential development on the waterfront in downtown Miami being developed by G&G Business Developments. Coastal Construction in the general contractor on the project which broke ground in October 2017. The one-of-a-kind Aston Martin-branded tower offers 391 residences which come in a variety of floorplans consisting of one to five bedrooms and penthouses ranging from 8,977-10,463 SF. The iconic tower is the first for Aston Martin and will feature 42,275 SF of sky amenities across four floors, including a double-level fitness centre overlooking the ocean, infinity pool, spinning studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, art gallery, two cinemas, as well as a full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.
Pricing starts at $750,000 and range up to $8,800,000 for the "River and Panoramic Residences" part of the building and $14,000,000 to $50,000,000 for the "Penthouses." Sales are being overseen by Cervera Real Estate. The project is approaching 60% of its 391 homes sold, with construction scheduled for completion in 2022.
