Anastasia Ashley, pro surfer and model, sold her Miami Beach chic bungalow home for $870,000. Ashley has made a profit on her home after purchasing the property in 2017 for $720,000. The 1970s beach bungalow has been renovated but also has preserved its Mid-Century charm. The house is 2,200 sq.ft. featuring 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and an open floor plan. The bungalow is just a few minutes drive from the Sunset Harbour community and Lincoln Road.
Ashley is most famous for a video posted in 2013 of her twerking to warm-up that went viral. Not only is she one of the most successful women surfers on tour, but was also a cast member of the TV show “Naked & Afraid” in 2017.
518 W 30th Street, Miami Beach, was listed in May for $1 million with Miltiadis Kastanis and James Hait of Douglas Elliman. Kastanis and Hait also represented the buyer and closed the property for $870,000.
