Two Roads Development has unveiled the brand new Jean-Louis Deniot-designed sales gallery for the under-construction Elysee Miami condominium in Edgewater. The waterfront sales gallery, located directly on Biscayne Bay at the developer’s neighboring luxury high-rise Biscayne Beach, gives buyers and brokers a taste of what luxury living will look like in the heart of the Miami at Elysee. Notable guests at the elegant cocktail reception included Two Roads Development’s Reid Boren, Taylor Collins and Jim Harpel, as well as members of Douglas Elliman’s executive leadership team including CEO Jay Parker and EVP/Managing Director Cathy Strafaci. The 57-story luxury tower’s famed interior designer, Jean-Louis Deniot, was in town from Paris to celebrate at the event.
Elysee was designed by world-renowned architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and interiors created by France’s top designer Jean-Louis Deniot. When complete the 57-story waterfront tower will be home to 100 half-floor and full-floor residences priced from about $1.5 million to $10 million upon its completion in 2020.
