BH 18 Investments, LLC. has submitted plans for Krystal Tower at the former Logik site next to MiamiCentral Station to the Urban Development Review Board. The tower would be built on the podium which was previously abandoned over a decade ago and is designed by Studio Baigorria. Krystal Tower will rise 32-stories and will feature 154 residential units, 79,180 SF of office space and 251 parking spaces. Krystal Tower will be located at 530 NW 1st Ct. Brazilian developer Rodolfo Ishak sold the site for $8.55 million to BH Investments, LLC. in December 2018 in a deal financed by Transcapital Bank.
