Pritzker-Prize Winning Architect Zaha Hadid's Personal W South Beach Condo Sells For $5.75 Million

Pritzker-Prize Winning Architect Zaha Hadid's Personal W South Beach Condo Sells For $5.75 Million

September 5, 2018

Pritzker-Prize winning architect Zaha Hadid’s personal Miami Beach condo located in the W South Beach has finally sold for $5.75 million. The oceanfront residence had originally been listed for $10 million unfurnished and was personally designed by the late Zaha Hadid herself, who is renowned for her innovative and geometrically appealing designs. The stunningly curvaceous southeast corner unit opens up directly to the Atlantic Ocean and offers 2,299 SF spread over 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The custom unit is a duplex combining two-floor plans, 2201 Collins Ave 728/26, complete with a sweeping corner balcony. At the time of sale the residence had been listed with Angelica Garcia & Ivan Chorney of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sports and Entertainment Division. David Pulley of Douglas Elliman’s Sports & Entertainment Division represented the buyer.
