Miami's Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) has approved the 224-unit Altis at 2100 SW 8th Street in Little Havana. The project will rise 8 stories and will feature 224 apartment rentals, 351 parking spaces and ground floor retail. The developers received a 10% reduction in parking waiver. Altis is being designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez and being developed by Altman Development Corporation.
