Terra Group will move ahead with Summerhill in Coconut Grove after the project was unanimously approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) in July 2018. Summerhill is being designed by Arquitectonica and features a design that pays homage to Coconut Grove's sailing culture. The project will feature two, 20-story towers that feature 303 apartment rental units along with over 32,160 SF of leasable commercial space and 574 parking spaces. Summerhill will be located at 2655 S Bayshore Drive.
