Katia Bates, the former Designer of Casa Casuarina, infamously known as the Versace Mansion in South Beach, and her husband Tom, a well-known developer, have listed their two Fort Lauderdale properties for nearly $60 million. The home builder and interior design husband and wife duo are the masterminds behind their company, Innovative Creations. Katia is a second-generation member of the interior design industry who hails from Venice, Italy, and often travels to Europe and around the world looking for the perfect and unique pieces that complement the highly detailed interior design of both homes as well as her other projects.
