The Former Miami Beach Estate Of Baseball Hall of Fame Superstar Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez Is Back On The Market For $22.5 Million

Baseball Hall of Famer and 13-time Golden Glove award winner, Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez’s onetime Miami Beach estate is back on the market for $22.5 million. The current owners purchased the property last year for $19 million from Robert “Bob” Nichols, the co-founder of AeroTurbine and current COO of AerSale. Nichols purchased the home for $8.05 million in 2006 from Rodríguez and did a complete renovation of the property. The current owners have the property listed for rent and will now list it for sale due to spending most of their time overseas. 

Located at 6385 Pine Tree Dr. Circle, the Mediterranean estate is located on the prestigious and private Pine Tree Drive Circle. The home features 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms spread over 10,459 SF, along with a gym, wine cellar, library, state room, and a2 bedroom guest suite. and a private dock. Outside offers 175' of direct waterfront overlooking the scenic Indian Creek with a private dock, 22,000 gallon swimming pool, spa, koi pond, and sculptured gardens all situated on rare 1.1 acre lot. The estate was originally built in 1937 and has been meticulously remodeled and expanded, upgraded with state-of-the-art technology. 6385 Pine Tree Dr. Circle is currently listed for $22.5 million with Howard Marcus of Douglas Elliman.
