Drake sold the unit, which is located in the luxurious Marquis Residences, to NBA superstar and Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mario Chalmers for $2.5 million in 2012 when Chalmers was on the Miami Heat. The unit was also featured in the Canadian rapper's hit song "I'm on One" music video.
