Park Grove, a 3-building joint venture between Terra Group and Related Group, has celebrated the grand opening of Two Park Grove and Club Residences as One Park Grove pushes skyward. The Park Grove project is transforming the Coconut Grove skyline with architecture by Pritzker Prize winning architects OMA/ Rem Koolhaas. The towers feature exterior column exoskeleton design as opposed to interior columns, allowing sweeping glass wall views of Biscayne Bay directly out to the Atlantic Ocean. The building’s interiors are designed by Meyer Davis with kitchens and baths by William Sofield. Park Grove’s 3 towers are built around a 5-acre park-style initiative, the lush amenity deck featuring a sculpture park, amphitheater and 5-acres of private, serene, lush landscaping for residents to enjoy, designed by Enzo Enea. Park Grove will also features a new restaurant concept by Miami restauranteur Michael Schwartz, which he said will feature a wood-fire grill and is designed by Meyer Davis.
