A new multi-use development known as EDEN is coming to Miami's booming Little River neighborhood. Miami-based architecture and design firm Bloommiami is collaborating with developers Stambul, Miami Real Exposure and P & K Developments on EDEN, a new adaptive re-use and mixed-use development. Located at 235 NE 79th St., EDEN will pioneer 79th Street’s development with a transformative and evolving vision for the area’s future. The project will feature 42,000 SF spread over 4 buildings that will feature restaurants, retail and office space. Lease rates will be between $18 and $35. EDEN is currently under construction, which began in September 2017, and is expected to be completed in 2018.
