A 10 story mixed-use project designed by Stantec has been proposed at 1600 Washington Ave. The project is located 1 block away from Lincoln Road and would feature 134 residential units along with 12,863 SF of ground floor retail. Units would range from 1 to 2 bedrooms and be an average of 1,110 SF. The proposal was scheduled for review by the Planning Board on September 26, but will most likely be deferred.
